United by common visions, diverse in backgrounds and skills: our members are the beating heart of the project, custodians of values and promoters of a shared future.

Elena Actis
Founder & Administrator
Twenty years of experience in public affairs and institutional relations: my professionalism lies at the intersection of communications, institutions, and corporate strategy. I have developed specific skills in facilitating dialogue between corporate entities and institutions, translating corporate needs into effective advocacy strategies. Because in public affairs, theory without field experience is like a compass without a needle.
My legal education (Law Degree, University of Turin) has proven fundamental: in the world of institutional relations, understanding the regulatory framework is as important as knowing how to build relationships.
Today, as I continue to develop projects between the public and private sectors, collaborating with leading cultural institutions, I maintain a clear focus: transforming institutional dialogue into concrete development opportunities.

Born with a natural inclination for curiosity, I embraced journalism as a vocation and a profession, passionately dedicating myself to investigating and reporting on reality. I have always believed in the value of free information and the fundamental role of watchdog journalism, rigorously and responsibly addressing national disasters, local news, and social hardships, as well as collective momentum, entrepreneurial innovation, and visions of the future.
Young people have always been my guiding light: initially as a proud member of that generation, and later as a voice that listens and promotes their talents, in every corner of the country.
I cultivate a deep passion for swimming: it's in the rhythm of my strokes that I find balance and mental clarity. Ideas come together, connections become clearer. It's there that projects are born, which I shape with concreteness and vision, so that they give people a voice and space for their feelings.

Adriano Sorba
Founder & IT MANAGER
I started making books speak when smartphones barely stuttered and publishing houses looked at me as if I'd proposed printing books on the moon. I wandered around recording studios that were too busy dubbing tear-jerking soap operas to listen to my crazy ideas. Finally, in 2010, I managed to publish the first Italian audiobook not copyright-free.
The digital world has changed so rapidly that the real challenge is no longer being the first to do something—there's always someone who's already thought of it, probably while you were still halfway through your morning coffee. The real magic no longer lies in making books talk (even the toaster does that these days), but in orchestrating a meaningful dialogue between human brains and Silicon Valley. It's like being a conductor where half the musicians are human and the other half are algorithms that occasionally decide to play jazz while you were conducting a symphony.

Martina Pautasso
International and institutional relations
After graduating in Institutional Relations from La Sapienza University in Rome, I immediately embarked on a career focused on dialogue between institutions and organisations, gaining experience through various internships in the sector. These steps allowed me to gain a close understanding of how institutional dynamics work.
My work in institutional relations is fuelled by a personal conviction: institutions are not distant entities, but places where bridges are built, opportunities are created and decisions are made that affect the lives of people, companies and organisations. Doing this job means knowing how to listen, mediate and propose solutions, combining strategic vision with human sensitivity.
Today, I offer my skills to facilitate constructive dialogue between public and private actors, with the aim of generating shared value and strengthening the link between the institutional and business worlds.

Roberto Luppi
Legal Advisor - International Relations and Media
As an expert in philosophy of law and moral philosophy, I have studied, researched, and taught at universities in Italy and abroad (Germany, United States, Argentina). I am particularly interested in topics such as theories of justice, virtue ethics, and the philosophical implications of contemporary precariousness.
At the same time, I have gained a wealth of experience in politics and cultural institutions in Italy and Germany (Chamber of Deputies, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, State Chancellery of Hesse, Villa Vigoni – the Italian-German Center for European Dialogue, Europa-Kolleg Hamburg).
In addition to Italian, I speak English, German, and Spanish.
In the world of institutional relations, my area of expertise is broad-spectrum culture; I provide support not only in dialogue with institutions and the world of politics, but also in the drafting of texts and magazines and in the organization of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
